Players' Role

1. Player development as first Priority.

2. The Team is more important than the Player.

3. Players know what's expected of them and if they forget are soon reminded.

4. Showing more self-discipline by being early for practice, first out on the field and so on.

5. Setting higher standards by improving concentration reducing the numbers of mistakes, wanting to learn and improving work ethic.

6. Dealing with mistakes and criticism. Be positive.

7. Maintain a positive attitude at all practices.

8. Participate actively in practice without disruption.

9. All players are required to wearing Shin Pads both practices and games.

10. Appropriate footwear at all times and must be clean and polished.

11. For training, players must wear the AAC gear.

12. All shirts are tucked in during practice and games.

13. Appropriate team apparel for all events.

14. Display respect for the coach and manager and other team’s coaches and players.

15. Respect the referees' decision at all times.

16. Follow the directions of coach and act sporting manner at all times.

17. Not allow cell Phones and music devices.

Players' Code of Conduct

• Attend every practice and game that it is reasonably possible to attend and will notify the coach when attendance not possible. Player development is first Priority.
• All players are required to wearing Shin Pads at both practices and games.
• Appropriate footwear at all times and must be clean and polished.
• All shirts are tucked in during practice and games.
• Appropriate team apparel for all events.
• Cell phones and music devices are NOT allowed.
• As a recreational player, expect everyone on the team to receive a fair and equal amount of playing time.
• Do your best to listen and learn from my coaches.
• Show more self-discipline by being early for practice, and first out on the field.
• Respect coaches, fellow soccer players, parents, spectators on both sides and officials with respect, good manners and common decency.
• Accept seriously the responsibility and privilege of representing our community.
• Encourage parents/guardians to be involved with my team and the AAC in some capacity because it is important to all to come together as a community.
• Do not let soccer interfere with doing your very best in school.
• Remember that youth soccer is an opportunity to learn and have fun.
• Take victory modestly and defeat graciously.
• Treat others as you wish to be treated by others.
• Obey the rules of the game and Respect the referees' decision at all times
