Coaches' Role |

Support the policy of the Technical
Director and Club.

Promote Discipline and Sporting
Behavior.

Be a motivator at all
times.

Be
the mirror image for the club with your personal attitude and a
representative of the Club and players.

Coaches must maintain a positive TEAM
attitude at all times.

Proper conduct and language is
expected of all Coaches both on and off the field. Poor
Sportsmanship will not be tolerated.

Attention Coaches |

All coaches and assistant coaches must
be certified.
-
All coaches and assistant coaches must
provide the Technical Director with a copy of their coaching
certificates.
-
Only coaches, assistant coaches and
managers are allowed on the bench.
-
A player may not be moved up without
the approval of the Technical Director.
-
All trainers must be approved by the
Technical Director.
-
No player is allowed to go to any camp
without the authorization of the Technical Director or the Club.

No player shall move from one team to
another without the approval of the Technical
Director. |
Coaches' Code of
Conduct |
Parents who volunteer to Coach in the Assyrian Athletic Club
House League Program, are taking a major responsibility of educating
and developing our young players. The club feels our players deserve
a worthwhile soccer experience and enjoyable time.

Don’t put any
pressure on your players, and help to keep your players focus on
team participation.

Coaches will be
approachable by Players and Parents and will encourage players
to express their own comments.
-
Coaches must use
proper conduct and language as that is expected of all Coaches
both ON and OFF the FIELD.

Coaches will be
prepared to explain their actions and decisions to players.
-
Coaches will
treat players with respect and treat them with dignity.
-
Coaches will
promote discipline and sporting behavior and be positive to both
individuals and teams.

Coaches shall
encourage and reinforce rather than criticize and shoe a
negative behavior.

Coaches shall
not use a coaching style that revolves around shouting and
demeaning to the players.

Promote
Discipline and Sporting Behavior. Poor Sportsmanship will not be
tolerated.

Questioning
refereeing decisions is a wrong and an improper conduct and will
not be tolerate. The coach must conduct himself/herself in a
respectful manner that does not set a negative example to the
players.

Support the
policy of the Technical Director and the Club.

Please remember
that you are to be a role model before any other responsibility.
