On November 4th, 2008 he was called up for the second team from Borussia Mönchengladbach between December 2008, he also release the club in July 2009 to sign with Iraklis F.C..
Touma was in a trying out for the Norwegian football club Rosenborg Ballklubb and on 22 March 2010 Touma returned from Iraklis Thessaloniki F.C. to his mother club Djurgårdens IF of the Allsvenskan. He has played from 1997–1999 in Stockolm and scored 10 goals in 48 matches.
He is currently with Syrianska FC Södertälje , Allsvenskan (Sweden) for the 2011 season.
